This email will include a direct link to track your package with the respective carrier.</li><li>GLD ships packages on business days only, Monday through Friday. This does not include weekends or holidays. Carriers do not operate on the weekends or holidays.</li><li>All orders placed before 9AM EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the following business day.</li></ul><div>Please note that GLD support agents only have access to tracking information and are unable to retrieve further information from the carrier. Please allow time for your tracking to update.
