Emailed Receipt Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, GLD will send a receipt confirmation containing the order number, products ordered, and other pertinent information including the address.
We strongly recommend using the same email address when placing future orders so you have access to this information at hand.
Tracking your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details. This email will include a direct link to track your package with the respective carrier.
- GLD ships packages on business days only, Monday through Friday. This does not include weekends or holidays. Carriers do not operate on the weekends or holidays.
- All orders placed before 9AM EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the following business day.
Please note that GLD support agents only have access to tracking information and are unable to retrieve further information from the carrier. Please allow time for your tracking to update. If you feel your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first for more information.
International orders, Military/APO orders, USPS orders, and orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico may not see an update on the tracking for the entire duration their package is in transit. Typically, the tracking will update when your package is closer to delivery.
What do I do if I make a mistake on my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, our support team can assist you with adjustments to items or shipping addresses.
Additionally, Solid Gold items and Custom items cannot be edited 24 hours after the order was placed, as they are immediately sent into production for customization.
What should I do if I enter the wrong email address or phone number on my order?
If you’ve entered an incorrect email address or phone number, don't worry! Our GLD team can assist you in locating your order using other details. Simply reach out to us, and we'll be happy to help.
