Why is my Package Delayed?

U.S. Domestic Delayed Orders

If you placed an order that is being delivered to a U.S. Domestic address, and experience a delay, start by checking your tracking information online. Verify the estimated delivery date and any recent updates.

If the package is significantly overdue, contact the carrier directly for more information, providing them with your tracking number for assistance. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact a GLD representative right away.

Military Delayed Orders

If you placed an order that is being delivered to a Military or APO address, you may not see movement for the entire duration of your shipping time which can take between 3-6 weeks to arrive to you. Due to logistical complexities, deliveries to these locations may experience delays. This could be a result of many different factors, including military base delivery operations.

If you feel your package is overdue, check with the carrier for any updates, and make sure to have your tracking number handy for reference. Please also check with your military base postal service as well. If the carrier and/or your military base postal service confirms the package is lost, please contact a GLD representative right away.

International Delayed Orders

If you placed an order that is being delivered to an International Address, it's essential to regularly check the tracking information provided by the carrier. Customs processes and varying transit times can contribute to delays and a lack of tracking updates.

If your package is stalled in transit or significantly delayed, grab your tracking number, reach out to the carrier for updates, and make sure to ask about the Customs progress in case Import Fees are due before delivery can occur as it is likely contributing to the delay. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact a GLD representative right away.
