What is GLD's Shipping Policy?

Shipping Cut-Off Times

Orders that are placed before 9 AM EST will be shipped the same business day. If the order is placed after 9 AM EST, on the weekend, or during a holiday, it will ship the following business day.

Our shipping carriers do not make deliveries on the weekend, so if your order is placed on a Thursday or Friday with an expedited shipping service, please note it will not arrive until the following Monday or Tuesday.

 

Shipping Address Requirements

• The addressee's name on the shipping address section must be accurate or the delivery may fail.
• The apartment number, suite number, and/or building number must be placed in your shipping address or the delivery may fail.
• PO Box addresses can only be shipped with free economy shipping and cannot be shipped through an expedited shipping service.

 

Signature Requirements

All domestic orders with a total value of $599 USD or above will be shipped with the signature required.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Orders shipped to Military and diplomatic addresses are limited to $300 due to USPS insurance policies.

 

IMPORTANT: Solid Gold and Custom items require 4-8 weeks for production before shipping.

 

Where does GLD ship its products from?

GLD ships all products from our two main facilities: one located in Miami, Florida, and the other in Canada. Your order will be shipped from the closest facility based on product availability and your delivery address to ensure the fastest delivery time.
