How to Initiate a Return

• Visit our return portal to start the process and redeem your free return label here: Initiate a GLD Return/Exchange
  • Do not send any items back without using this portal first

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be brand-new, and in perfect condition
• Discounts applied to your original order will also apply to your new exchange order.

Free Gifts with Purchase

• If your return causes your order to fall below the minimum value for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition for a full refund.
• If you want to keep the free gift, contact our team to review the available refund options for your return. We can’t confirm an alternate refund amount here.

  • A Store Credit E-Gift Card will be emailed to you
• Refund to Original Payment Method:
  • A restocking fee applies to refunds to the original payment method:
    • $5.99 for domestic orders
    • $19.95 for international orders
  • The restocking fee does NOT apply if you originally paid for package protection when your order was first placed. Store credit is free of charge.

What happens after you Return an Item?

• Once we receive your return package at our facility, it will be inspected. Please allow our team 7-10 business days to process your request, as we handle all packages in the order in which they are received.
• You'll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your return.
