What is GLD's Policy for Returns?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your GLD purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Here’s how it works:

 

What you'll need to Start a Return

  • Your Order Number
  • The Zip Code associated with your order

How to Initiate a Return

  • Visit our return portal to start the process and redeem your free return label here: Initiate a GLD Return/Exchange
    • Do not send any items back without using this portal first

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in unworn, brand-new, and in their original condition
  • Discounts applied to your original order will also apply to your new exchange order.

Free Gifts with Purchase

  • If your return causes your order to fall below the minimum value for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition.
  • If you choose to not return the free gift, a $25 deduction will be applied to your refund.

Refund Options

  • Store Credit:
    • Free of charge
    • A Store Credit E-Gift Card will be emailed to you
  • Refund to Original Payment Method:
    • A processing fee applies:
      • $5.99 for domestic orders
      • $19.95 for international orders
    • This fee does NOT apply if you originally paid for package protection when your order was first placed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Purchased Gift cards
  • Grillz
  • Solid Gold Jewelry
  • Custom Jewelry
  • Opened or worn products
  • Moissanite

What happens after you Return an Item?

  • Once we receive your return package at our facility, it will be inspected. Please allow our team 5-10 calendar days to process your request, as we handle all packages in the order in which they are received.
  • You'll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your return.
