What is GLD's Policy for Exchanges?

If you’d like to exchange your GLD item for a different size, style, or product after delivery, here’s everything you need to know:

What you'll need to Start an Exchange

  • Your Order Number
  • The Zip Code associated with your order

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Visit our exchange portal to start the process and redeem your free return label here: Initiate a GLD Return/Exchange
    • Do not send any items back without using this portal first

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in unworn, brand-new, and in their original condition

Free Gifts with Purchase

  • If your exchange causes your order to fall below the minimum value for a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition.
  • If you choose to not return the free gift, a $25 deduction will be applied to your order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:
  • Gift cards
  • Grillz
  • Solid Gold Jewelry
  • Custom Jewelry
  • Opened or worn products
  • Moissanite

What happens after you Initiate an Exchange?

  • Once you returning package containing the items you wish to exchange is received, it will be inspected.
  • Within a few days, you'll receive an email confirmation notifying you of one of the following:
    • New Exchange Order Number
    • Invoice Due: If there's a remaining balance, the email will include a secure payment link to complete your payment. Once payment is received, your new Exchange Order will be created.
  • As soon as your Exchange Order ships, you'll receive an additional email confirmation containing your tracking details.
