What do I do if my Package is Returned to Sender?

If your tracking number states your package is being returned to the sender, please contact the carrier directly to update your address and/or request a pick-up for the package before it gets returned to us.

If it does arrive at our offices before you get a chance to reach out to the carrier, we will make sure to contact you to confirm or update your address for reshipment.

It typically takes 10-14 business days for GLD to receive returned packages. For U.S. Territories, such as Puerto Rico, this process may take 2-4 weeks.

 

IMPORTANT: To avoid any future delays, we strongly recommend double-checking the shipping address before placing your order.
