How do I Follow Up on the Status of an Existing Return?

If you've already initiated a return and want to know it's status, here's how to follow up:

1. Check Your Email:

  • After initiating your return, you should have received a confirmation email with the return tracking number. This will also be attached to your label.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your return package through the carriers website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

2. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return, as we handle all incoming return packages in the order they are received.
  • You'll receive an email notification once your return has been processed, confirming whether it has been approved or rejected.

3. Refund or Store Credit:

  • If your return is approved:
    • For refunds to your original payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to show up in your account. This is based on your bank's processing time.
    • For store credit, a Store Credit E-Gift Card will be emailed to you.
