How do I Follow Up on the Status of an Existing Repair?

If you've already initiated a repair request with GLD and want to check its status, follow these steps:

 

1. Check Your Email:

  • After submitting your repair request, you should have received a confirmation email with the return tracking number. This will also be attached to your label.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your return package through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

 

2. Processing

  • Once we receive your item, please allow 5-10 calendar days for our team to process your repair request.
  • You will receive an email notification once your item is evaluated.
    • If your repair falls outside the warranty coverage, we will provide details on any applicable repair fees before proceeding.

 

3. Tracking Your Repaired Item

  • After your repair has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your repaired item.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress of your repaired product.
