How do I Follow Up on the Status of an Existing Exchange?

If you've already initiated an exchange and want to know its status, here's how to follow up:

 

1. Check Your Email:

  • After initiating your exchange, you should have received a confirmation email with the return tracking number. This will also be attached to your label.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your return package through the carriers website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

 

2. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange policy requirements.
  • You'll receive an email notification within a few days confirming one of the following:
    • New Exchange Order Number
    • Invoice Due: If there's a remaining balance, the email will include a secure payment link to complete your payment. Once payment is received, your new Exchange Order will be created.

 

3. Tracking your New Exchange Order

  • Once your exchange order is packaged and processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your new items.
