Follow these steps for guidance on opening a GLD Box Clasp:

Step 1.

First, you will need to look for the small latch or button located on one side of the clasp.

Step 2.

Once found, take your thumb or index finger and push slightly in and upward on the latch of the clasp.

Step 3.

Once the clasp is released, gently lift the top lid of the box clasp.

Step 4.

Following these steps will release the clasp, allowing you to pull the enclosed ends apart.

 

 

How To Open Prong Clasp

Step 1.

First, you must unhook the prongs on both sides.

Step 2.

Once they are unhinged, press very firmly on the center pin.

Step 3.

This will cause the clasp to move to the proper position.

Step 4.

You will then, pull both ends apart, allowing the chain to open.
