A 3D viewing feature is available so you can view what your custom order will look like before purchasing. Sizing and more product information can be found in the tabs on the product page. Please remember that these items are custom-made to order and personalized for you. 3D custom pieces require 2 to 4 weeks for production.

Custom Production Timeframe

Custom items are made to order and require 4-8 weeks for production. These items cannot be canceled 24 hours after they go into production. Custom items are non-returnable but can be repaired at a fee of $49 or more depending on the damage should you experience issues with your piece in the future.

Custom Order Consultation

GLD offers a full custom order option where we can create anything you'd like!

We charge a 250 USD consultation fee which is applied in full toward the cost of the piece if you move forward to build it. GLD receives hundreds of custom requests and this allows us to separate curious people from those who are intent to craft their custom piece.

Upon paying the consultation fee, you will instantly be paired with a custom jewelry expert who will work with you to design your custom piece. The consultation fee allows our jewelry experts to take their time and fully focus on making you the best custom piece specifically to your specifications. This fee will be deducted from the order, so it serves as a deposit. This fee is non-refundable.

The minimum order for custom pieces starts at $2,000. However, the final price will be determined by the specific item you get. 

We work primarily with 10-24k solid gold (Yellow, White, and Rose Gold). We also can work with Rhodium, Sterling Silver, and Platinum. The time of the custom process varies depending on how many changes are required throughout the design phase. It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, so please be patient. It will be worth the wait! You will be kept up to date on the project throughout. Your personal CS rep will provide you with visual updates throughout the process.
